Time Sure Flies

I have no idea where the time has gone since August! Hopefully I can keep up with posts better in 2007. I sure wouldn't want every post to say, "my where has the time gone?". A lot has happened here at the end of the year. Our football team went to the State playoffs for the first time since 1991. We came in as runners-up, but we certainly gave the other team a run for their money. I don't think they will ever forget playing against our boys. My son, Ben, is a senior on the team and I had the very special privilege of photographing the game since I work with the school photographer. I spent a very busy holiday season working with Stephanie on custom Christmas cards. We put out more than thirty cards this year, all individually tailored. Thank you to everyone who ordered them. We had a great time designing for you. Here's a picture of my kids, Ben and Hallie taken at the Homecoming game.

Celebrating Eliot

Many of you know that I have traveled to visit and photograph my newest nephew, Eliot,who was born with the genetic disorder, trisomy 18. With his parent's permission, I wanted to share a couple of things that I created for them in celebration of Eliot's life. In his own tiny way, he has been such an inspiration to so many people, young and old, near and far. If you haven't checked out his blog, the link is on the side. Just getting started

After seeing how satisfying blogging is to others, I decided to jump on the bandwagon myself. This is just a post to get it started. I hope that more will follow soon.
